Dear Brian, and IESG Members,

I forerward to the IAB an appeal against your dismissal of my
2006/02/17 and 2006/05/17 appeals, of which you are in copy.

In this appeal I object to your decision - I suppose being de facto
of March 17 - not to address the first appeal against the PR-action
LC before addressing the PR action and the PR action appeal.

This decision about the IESG timing is included in your July 10
dismissal, but IAB might object I did not appealed that decision to
the IESG first. In such a case I appeal against it as a violation of
RFC 2026 part 6.5.4. reasonable delay requirement.

I conformed to RFC 2026 and contacted Brian privately before.
