On February 20, 2006, JFC Morfin appealed to the IESG
"against AD decision: one must clear the confusion
opposing the RFC 3066 Bis consensus"; see

This appears to be an additional appeal against the approval
of draft-ietf-ltru-registry-14. Since that document was
approved more than two months ago, this appeal cannot be
considered.
