Below is a list of the files available in the IETF directory and a short synopsis of what each file contains.

ftp.ietf.org/ietf/: Working Groups' individual directories
ftp.ietf.org/internet-drafts/: The Internet-Drafts directory
id-abstract.txt: A listing of current Internet-Drafts (including the document title, filename, abstract and posting date)
id-index.txt: A listing of Internet-Drafts (including the document title, filename and posting date)
rfc-index.txt: An RFC Index
wg-acronym-alpha.txt: An alphabetical listing of working group acronyms
wg-acronym-by-area.txt: A listing of working group acronyms, sorted by Area
wg-summary-alpha.txt: An alphabetical listing of working group summaries (including acronyms, chairs and mailing list info)
wg-summary-by-area.txt: A listing of working group summaries (including acronyms, chairs and mailing list info), sorted by Area
