When you want a new (individual) internet-draft to be considered for any of the SUB-IP Working Groups, then you must post an I-D summary to this mailing list:
I-D summary: idsummary@subip.ietf.org subscribers: WG chairs and ADs are subscribed. They will check the postings and evaluate them. It is important to explain/justify why it needs to be considered. One of those technologies (MPLS) is defined by IETF, others are (have been) defined in other standards organisations. However, we want to focus mainly on the use of such technologies for IP. So for example the IPO and IPORPR WGs are assumed to be active at the bottom because we want to focus on the IP use of such technologies.
