    1. The minutes of the February 17 Teleconference were approved. Coya to
    place in IETF Shadow directories.

    2. The IESG approved "Definitions of Managed Objects for SNA NAUs"
    <draft-ietf-snanau-snamib-03.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Coya to
    send announcement to IETF and RFC Editor.

    3. The IESG approved "Guidelines for OSI NSAP Allocation"
    <draft-ietf-osinsap-allocation-01.txt> as a Draft Standard. Coya to
    send announcement to IETF and RFC Editor.

    4. The IESG approved "PPP in X.25" <draft-ietf-pppext-x25-02.txt> as a
    Proposed Standard. Coya to send announcement to IETF and RFC
    Editor.

    5. The IESG approved the creation of the Domain Name System Security
    Working Group. Coya to send announcement.

    6. The IESG discussed the draft charter and purpose of the PROPOSED ONC
    Remote Procedure Call WG. There were concerns voiced over the
    current/initial goals of the WG, and what would occur in the future.
    Bradner to provide suggested changes to charter.

    7. The IESG approved the publication of "Answers to Commonly asked New
    Internet User Questions" <draft-ietf-uswg-fyi4-00.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Coya to send announcement to IETF and RFC Editor.

    8. The IESG approved the publication of "IETF Working Group Guidelines
    and Procedures" <draft-ietf-iesg-wgguidelines-02.txt, .ps> as an
    Informational RFC. Coya to send announcement to IETF and RFC
    Editor.

    9. Coya was tasked to respond to the inquiry from SEMI (Semiconductor
    Equipment and Materials International) about TCP/IP Messaging.

    10. The IESG briefly discussed the topic of character sets and
    internationalization issues. While the topic is deemed important to
    the community, the level of involvement by the IETF was unclear,
    especially in light of exisiting standards organizations already
    working on the issue. It was noted that the topic had architectural
    implications that should be addressed prior to initiating an
    engineering effort.

    11. A review of the disposition of the TN3270E LUname_Print document
    was discussed, and the conclusion was that it should NOT be published
    at this time.
