    1. The minutes of the April 8 Teleconference were approved as amended.
    Steve to place in public archives.

    2. The IESG approved publication of Routing Policy Specification
    Language (RPSL) <draft-ietf-rps-rpsl-v2-03.txt> as a Proposed
    Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    There were issues raised, but the decision was they did not need to
    be addressed now, but must be addressed before submitting the above
    to Draft. The issues are to be documented and submitted to Steve to
    maintain.

    3. The IESG approved reclassifying RFC1628 (UPS Management Information
    Base) as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    4. The IESG tentatively approved publication of NFS Version 2 and
    Version 3 Security Issues and the NFS Protocol's Use of RPCSEC_GSS
    and Kerberos V5 <draft-ietf-nfsv4-nfssec-01.txt> as a Proposed
    Standard. Vern to draft an RFC Editor note and sent to Steve. When
    received, Steve to send announcement.

    5. The IESG confirmed the creation of the Reliable Multicast Transport
    (rmt) Working Group. Steve to send announcement.

    6. The IESG confirmed the creation of the Performance Implications of
    Link Characteristics (pilc) Working Group. Steve to send
    announcement.

    7. The IESG approved publication of NFS Version 4 Design Considerations
    <draft-ietf-nfsv4-designconsider-01.txt> as an Informational RFC.
    Steve to send announcement.

    8. The IESG approved publication of QoS Routing Mechanisms and OSPF
    Extensions <draft-guerin-qos-routing-ospf-05.txt> as an Experimental
    RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    9. The IESG approved publication of IP and ARP over Fibre Channel
    <draft-ietf-ipfc-fibre-channel-06.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve
    to send announcement.

    10. Randy extracted another promise from Jeff to review the bmwg-secperf
    document. Jeff promised to do it in the next few days.
