    1. The minutes of the January 27 Teleconference were approved. Steve to
    place in public archives.

    2. The IESG approved publication of Remote Network Monitoring
    Management Information Base <draft-ietf-rmonmib-rmonfull-02.txt> as
    a Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    3. The IESG approved publication of Defeating Denial of Service Attacks
    which employ IP Source Address Spoofing <RFC2267> as a BCP. Steve to
    sent announcement.

    4. The IESG approved publication of ARP and IP Broadcast over
    HIPPI-800 <draft-pittet-hippiarp-04.txt> and IP and ARP over
    HIPPI-6400 (GSN) <draft-pittet-gsnlan-03.txt> as Proposed
    Standards. Steve to send announcement.

    5. The IESG approved publication of PPP over Simple Data Link (SDL)
    using SONET/SDH with ATM-like framing <draft-ietf-pppext-sdl-06.txt>
    as an Experimental Protocol with the following RFC Editor note:

    The occurrence of the word "sdl_message_error_position" in the
    code at the end of section 8 should be replaced by the word
    "sdl_error_position".

    Steve to send announcement.

    6. The IESG had no problem with the revised charter for the
    Differentiated Services Working Group. Steve to update database.

    7. The IESG approved publication of Call Processing Language Framework
    and Requirements <draft-ietf-iptel-cpl-framework-02.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    8. The IESG approved publication of HTTP Over TLS
    <draft-ietf-tls-https-04.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve to
    send announcement.

    9. The IESG approved publication of Access Control Requirements for
    LDAP <draft-ietf-ldapext-acl-reqts-03.txt> as an Informational RFC.
    Steve to send announcement.

    10. The IESG had no problem with the publication of Internet Security
    Glossary <draft-shirey-security-glossary-02.txt> as an Informational
    RFC. Steve to notify RFC Editor.

    11. The IESG had no problem with the publication of The SecurID(r) SASL
    Mechanism <draft-nystrom-securid-sasl-02.txt> as an Informational
    RFC. Steve to notify RFC Editor.

    12. The IESG had no problem with the publication of NSI Registry
    Registrar Protocol (RRP) Version 1.1.0 <draft-hollenbeck-rrp-01.txt>
    as an Informational RFC. Steve to notify RFC Editor.
