    1. The minutes of the February 24 Teleconference were approved. Steve
    to place in public archives.

    2. The IESG tentatively approved publication of DHCP on IEEE 1394
    <draft-ietf-ip1394-dhcp-03.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Thomas to
    draft an RFC Editor note for Scott to review. Once Scott conveys his
    approval, Steve to send announcement.

    3. The IESG tentatively approved publication of LIPKEY - A Low
    Infrastructure Public Key Mechanism Using SPKM
    <draft-ietf-cat-lipkey-03.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Jeff to draft
    an RFC Editor note for Scott to review. Once Scott conveys his
    approval, Steve to send announcement.

    4. The IESG approved publication of Generic Security Service API
    Version 2 : Java bindings <draft-ietf-cat-gssv2-javabind-05.txt> as
    a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    5. The IESG approved publication of Charter of the Internet
    Architecture Board (IAB) <draft-ietf-iab-rfc1601bis-04.txt> as a
    BCP. Steve to send announcement.

    6. The IESG approved publication of Capabilities Advertisement with
    BGP-4 <draft-ietf-idr-bgp4-cap-neg-06.txt> as a Proposed Standard.
    Steve to send announcement.

    7. The IESG approved publication of OSPF over ATM and Proxy PAR
    <draft-ietf-ospf-atm-04.txt> as an Experimental Protocol. Steve to
    send announcement.

    8. The IESG approved publication of IETF Policy on Wiretapping
    <draft-iab-raven-01.txt>. Steve to send announcement with an RFC
    Editor note indicating that Fred and Brian are the authors of record
    as they are IETF and IAB Chairs respectively.

    9. The IESG approved formation of the IP Security Remote Access (ipsra)
    Working Group in the Security Area. Steve to send announcement.

    10. The IESG approved formation of the Robust Header Compression (rohc)
    Working Group in the Transport Area. Steve to send announcement.

    11. The IESG spent time discussing NECP the Network Element Control
    Protocol <draft-cerpa-necp-01.txt>. A number of concerns and
    reservations were made, and the consensus was that this document
    should not be published. Keith is to draft an IESG statement based
    on the conversation and send it to Steve. Once received, Steve to
    notify the RFC Editor.

    12. Following the teleconference, Marcus reported that he had contacted
    the author of Password-Based Cryptography Specification PKCS #5 v2.0
    <draft-kaliski-pkcs5-v2-03.txt> asking for clarification from RSA
    about the "no derivative works" clause in the draft on PKCS#5.

    13. The next telechat will be scheduled for April 6. Until then, G'day!
