    1. The minutes of the October 19 Teleconference were approved. Steve
    to place in public archives.

    2. The IESG approved publication of RTP Payload Format for ITU-T
    Recommendation G.722.1 <draft-ietf-avt-rtp-g7221-01.txt> as a
    Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    3. The IESG approved publication of Internet X.509 Public Key
    Infrastructure Qualified Certificates Profile
    <draft-ietf-pkix-qc-06.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send
    announcement.

    4. The IESG tentatively approved publication of Enhancing TCP's Loss
    Recovery Using Limited Transmit
    <draft-ietf-tsvwg-limited-xmit-00.txt> as a Proposed Standard.
    Allison to provide text of an RFC Editor note. Once received, Steve
    to send announcement.

    5. The IESG approved creation of the Next Generation Structure of
    Management Information [sming] Working Group in the Management and
    Operations Area. Bert to send final updates to the IESG. If no
    objection raised, Steve to update WG record and send announcement.

    6. The IESG approved publication of Protocol Complications with the IP
    Network Address Translator (NAT)
    <draft-ietf-nat-protocol-complications-06.txt> as an Informational
    RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    7. The IESG approved publication of Internet X.509 Public Key
    Infrastructure Data Validation and Certification Server Protocols
    <draft-ietf-pkix-dcs-07.txt> as an Experimental Protocol. Steve to
    send announcement, noting that the standard IPR Boilerplate text as
    defined in RFC2026 needs to be added prior to publication.

    8. The IESG approved publication of Liaison to IETF/ISOC on ENUM
    <draft-itu-sg2-liaison-enum-00.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve
    to send announcement.

    9. A significant amount of time was focused on the discussion of
    efforts which tend to cross traditional IETF area boundaries, an
    area that is referred to as a transport infrastructure volume. This
    topic touches on a number of proposed working groups as well as the
    creation of two additional working groups.

    Randy Bush offered to host two teleconferences prior to the next
    IESG Telechat.

    10. Steve was volunteered to make the powerpoint presentation made by
    Fred at the Pittsburgh IETF plenary session available on the IETF
    Web pages.
