    1. The minutes of the November 2 Teleconference were approved once
    Steve added a note pertaining to the IESG's tentative approval of
    Enhancing TCP's Loss Recovery Using Limited Transmit. Once done,
    Steve to place in public archives.

    2. The IESG approved publication of Policy Core Information Model -
    Version 1 Specification <draft-ietf-policy-core-info-model-08.txt>
    as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    3. The IESG approved publication of RTP payload format for MPEG-4
    Audio/Visual streams <draft-ietf-avt-rtp-mpeg4-es-05.txt> as a
    Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    4. The IESG approved publication of DHCP Relay Agent Information
    Option <draft-ietf-dhc-agent-options-12.txt> as a Proposed
    Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    5. The IESG approved publication of XML-Signaure Syntax and Processing
    <draft-ietf-xmldsig-core-11.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve to
    send announcement.

    6. The IESG directed Steve to send a WG Review message for LDAP
    Revision Working Group (ldapbis)

    7. When the final revision is received, Steve to announce creation
    of the Seamless Mobility (seamoby) Working Group.

    8. The IESG approved the revised charter for the Internet Traffic
    Engineering (tewg) Working Group. Steve to update record.

    9. The IESG approved the revised charter for the Multiprotocol Label
    Switching Working Group. Steve to update record.

    10. The IESG directed Steve to send a WG Review message for Provider
    Provisioned Based VPNs (ppvpn)

    11. The IESG directed Steve to send a WG Review message for IP over
    Optical (ipo) using the most recent text provided by Rob.

    12. The IESG directed Steve to send a WG Review message for IP over
    Packet Transport Rings (ipoptr)

    13. The IESG directed Steve to send a WG Review message for the Common
    Control and Measurement Planes (coma) Working Group.

    14. The IESG approved publication of Storing Vendor Information in the
    LDAP root DSE <draft-mmeredith-rootdse-vendor-info-03.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    15. The IESG had no problem with the publication of Using The ISSN
    (International Serial Standard Number) as URN (Uniform Resource
    Names) within an ISSN-URN Namespace
    <draft-rozenfeld-urn-issn-00.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve to
    notify RFC Editor.

    16. The IESG had no problem with the publication of The Network
    Solutions Personal Internet Name (PIN): A URN Namespace for People
    and Organizations <draft-mealling-pin-urn-02.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to notify RFC Editor.

    17. The IESG had no problem with the publication of MGCP CAS Packages
    <draft-foster-mgcp-cas-packages-00.txt> as an Informational RFC,
    but request that the following be added as an IESG Note:

    This document is being published for the information of the
    community. It describes a protocol that is currently being
    deployed in a number of products. Implementers should be aware
    of developments in the IETF Megaco Working Group and ITU SG16 who
    are currently working on a potential successor to this protocol.

    Steve to notify RFC Editor.

    18. The IESG consensus was to ask the SIP Working Group to review
    Control of Service Context using SIP Request-URI
    <draft-campbell-sip-service-control-01.txt>. The Transport ADs will
    convey to the SIP WG. Steve to notify RFC Editor and author.

    19. The IESG approved publication of TN3270E Service Location and
    Session Balancing <draft-ietf-tn3270e-service-loc-05.txt> as a
    Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement.
