    1. The minutes of the June 14 and June 28 Teleconferences were
    approved as amended. Steve to place in public archives.

    2. The IESG approved publication of Delegation of IP6.ARPA
    <draft-ymbk-ip6-arpa-delegation-02.txt> as a Best Current Practice.
    Steve to send announcement.

    3. The IESG approved publication of PPP Multiplexed
    <draft-ietf-pppext-pppmux-03.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve to
    send announcement.

    4. The IESG approved publication of End-to-end Performance
    Implications of Links with Errors <draft-ietf-pilc-error-08.txt> as
    a Best Current Practice. Steve to send announcement.

    5. The IESG agreed to reclassify BGP OSPF Interaction <rfc1403.txt> as
    an Historic document. In the same action, the IESG approved
    publication of Request to Move RFC1403 to Historic Status
    <draft-meyer-rfc1403-historic-00.txt> as an Informational RFC.

    6. The IESG agreed to reclassify BGP4/IDRP for IP---OSPF Interaction
    <rfc1745.txt> as an Historic document. In the same action, the IESG
    approved publication of Request to Move RFC1745 to Historic Status
    <draft-meyer-rfc1745-historic-00.txt> as an Informational RFC.
    Steve to send announcement

    7. The IESG approved the creation of the IP Version 6 Working Group
    (ipv6), which is to replace the IPNGWG WG being closed down. Steve
    and Thomas to discuss administrative details and options. Once the
    decision is reached, Steve to update the WG records and send an
    announcement.

    8. The IESG approved the creation of the IP over Infiniband (ipoib)
    Working Group. Steve to send announcement.

    9. The IESG approved the creation of the Forwarding and Control
    Element Separation (forces) Working Group. Steve to send
    announcement.

    10. The IESG approved the rechartering of the IP Telephony (iptel)
    Working Group. Steve to update the WG records.

    11. The IESG approved the rechartering of the Layer Two Tunnelling
    Protocol Extensions (l2tpext) Working Group. Steve to update the WG
    records.

    12. The IESG approved publication of Securely Available Credentials -
    Requirements <draft-ietf-sacred-reqs-03.txt> as an Informational
    RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    13. The IESG approved publication of Requirements for an IP Mobile Node
    Alerting Protocol <draft-ietf-seamoby-paging-requirements-01.txt>
    as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    14. The IESG approved publication of RTP Testing Strategies
    <draft-ietf-avt-rtptest-06.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve to
    send announcement.

    15. The IESG approved publication of The Tao of IETF - A Novice's Guide
    to the Internet Engineering Task Force <draft-ietf-uswg-tao-05.txt>
    as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    16. Harald and Steve to confirm Steve has the latest and pre-London
    IETF final version of the note well text. Once done, Steve to make
    sure the IETF.ORG site is updated. Steve will also send a copy to
    each of the IETF WG email lists.
