    1. The minutes of the July 12 Teleconference were approved. Steve to
    place in public archives.

    2. The IESG approved publication of IANA Guidelines for IPv4 Multicast
    Address Allocation <draft-ietf-mboned-iana-ipv4-mcast-guidelines-
    04.txt> as a BCP. Steve to send announcement.

    3. The IESG approved publication of Management Guidelines & Operational
    Requirements for the Internet Infrastructure Domain ('ARPA')
    <draft-iab-arpa-03.txt> as a BCP. Steve to send announcement.

    4. The IESG approved publication of of IP Payload Compression Protocol
    (IPComp) <draft-shacham-ippcp-rfc2393bis-07.txt> as a Proposed
    Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    5. The IESG tentatively approved publication of IP Version 6 Addressing
    Architecture <draft-ietf-ipngwg-addr-arch-v3-05.txt> as a Draft
    Standard, pending Randy's final review. If all the concerns have
    been addressed, Steve to send announcement.

    6. The IESG approved creation of the Presence and Instant Messaging
    Protocol (prim) Working Group in the Applications Area. Steve to
    process and announce.

    7. The IESG approved creation of the Multicast & Anycast Group
    Membership (magma) Working Group in the Internet Area. Steve to
    process and announce.

    8. The IESG approved creation of the Forwarding and Control Element
    Separation (forces) Working Group in the Routing Area. Steve to
    process and announce.

    9. The IESG accepted the new charter for the Inter-Domain Multicast
    Routing (idmr) WG. Steve to update the database.

    10. The IESG accepted the new charter for Internet Fax (fax) WG. Steve
    to update the database.

    11. Steve to send a WG Review message for Content Distribution
    Internetworking (cdi) Proposed Working Group.

    12. The IESG approved publication of Criteria for Evaluating Network
    Access Server Protocols <draft-ietf-nasreq-criteria-06.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    13. The IESG approved publication of US Secure Hash Algorithm 1 (SHA1)
    <draft-eastlake-sha1-02.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve to send
    announcement.

    14. The IESG had no problem with thje publication of Using National
    Bibliography Numbers as Uniform Resource Names
    <draft-hakala-nbn-01.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve to notify
    RFC Editor.

    15. The IESG had no problem with the publication of Using International
    Standard Book Numbers as Uniform Resource Names
    <draft-hakala-isbn-01.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve to notify
    RFC Editor.

    16. The IESG had no problem with the publication of sFlow: Method for
    Monitoring Traffic in Switched and Routed Networks
    <draft-phaal-sflow-montraffic-01.txt> as an Informational RFC iff
    the document tile is changed to include InMon (the author's employer's
    name), along the lines of:
