    1. The minutes of the April 18 Teleconference were approved. Steve to
    place in public archives.

    2. Subsequent to the April 18 teleconference, the following were
    approved for publication as Proposed Standards:

    o Common Name Resolution Protocol (CNRP)

    o The 'go'URI Scheme for the Common Name Resolution Protocol

    3. Subsequent to the April 18 teleconference, Capabilities
    Advertisement with BGP-4 <draft-ietf-idr-rfc2842bis-02.txt>
    was approved for publication as a Draft Standard, obsoleting
    RFC2842.

    4. The IESG reclassified RFC1798, Connection-less Lightweight
    Directory Access Protocol, as an Historic document.

    In the same action, CLDAP to Historical Status
    <draft-zeilenga-cldap-02.txt> was approved for publication as an
    Informational RFC.

    5. The IESG approved publication of the following two Internet-Drafts
    as Proposed Standards:

    7. The IESG approved publication of Optional Checksums in ISIS

    8. The IESG approved publication of Reserved TLV Codepoints in ISIS
    <draft-ietf-isis-wg-tlv-codepoints-01.txt> as an Informational RFC.

    9. The IESG approved publication of Dual Stack Hosts using "Bump-in-
    the-API" (BIA) <draft-ietf-ngtrans-bia-05.txt> as an Experimental
    Protocol. Steve to send announcement.

    10. The IESG approved publication of Recommendations for IPv6 in 3GPP
    Standards <draft-ietf-ipv6-3gpp-recommend-02.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    11. The IESG approved publication of User Requirements for the Session
    Initiation Protocol (SIP) in support of deaf, hard of hearing and
    speech-impaired individuals <draft-ietf-sipping-deaf-req-03.txt> as
    an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    12. The IESG reached concensus on IETF and ITU-T Collaboration
    Guidelines <draft-fishman-2436bis-01.txt>. Text on details and
    mechanices of the co-operative agreement are to be extracted from
    the document and posted publically as an IAB Liaison statement.
    Once done (i.e. visable), Scott to inform the ITU that the text has
    changed.

    13. Patrik to contact the author of The 'tag' URI scheme and URN
    namespace <draft-kindberg-tag-uri-01.txt> for further revisions.

    14. The IESG tentatively approved publication of iSCSI CRC/Checksum
    Considerations <draft-sheinwald-iscsi-crc-02.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Allison to provide text for an RFC Editor Note.
    When received, Steve to send announcement.

    15. The IESG conditionally approved publication of Framework for IP
    Multicast in MPLS <draft-ietf-mpls-multicast-08.txt> as an
    Informational RFC, but the title of the document needs to be
    changed to:

    Overview of IP Multicast in an MPLS environment

    16. As an experiment, the cut-off for Internet-Draft submissions will
    NOT be at 5PM on a Friday, but at 9AM the following Monday.

    on the next agenda.
