    7.2 IANA allocations for ietf-ccamp-gmpls-sonet-sdh (Alex Zinin)

    This management issue was discussed. The IESG agreed to recommend
    that IANA moves the assignment for ietf-ccamp-gmpls-sonet-sdh to
    value 4 and mark value 3 as reserved.

    7.3 status and purpose of new-work mailing list (Bert Wijnen)

    This management issue was discussed.
    Action item: Bert Wijnen to work with Leslie Daigle and Scott
    Bradner on a description of the purpose of and procedures for
    the new-work mailing list.
