    o Applications ADs to evaluate the situation with regards to MIME type
    review, and see how we can ensure the review turnaround times specified
    in the MIME registration procedures.

    o Harald Alvestrand to send an announcement regarding the start of two
    team reviews of Informational and Experimental RFCs to the IETF-Announce list.
    o Bert Wijnen to finalize text for the alternative procedure for updating
    MIB modules and put it on www.ops.ietf.org Web site.

    MIB modules to the Secretariat, so the Secretariat can make sure Internet-Drafts
    follow this procedure.

    7.1 Two-team proposal for IESG review (Harald Alvestrand)

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG decided to implement the
    two team experiment for Informational and Experimental RFCs via either
    working groups or an AD.
    Action item: Harald Alvestrand to send an announcement regarding the
    start of two team reviews of Informational and Experimental RFCs to
    the IETF-Announce list.

    7.2 Alternative Procedure for updating MIB Modules (Bert Wijnen)

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG will clearly document
    this procedure so that it can be followed by authors and editors of
    Internet-Drafts.
    Action item: Bert Wijnen to finalize text for the alternative procedure
    for updating MIB modules and put it on www.ops.ietf.org Web site.
    Action item: Bert Wijnen to provide text for the alternative procedure
    for updating MIB modules to the Secretariat, so the Secretariat can make
    sure Internet-Drafts follow this procedure.
