The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the revised Early
Allocation for draft-ietf-roll-trickle-mcast.

   6.2 Unauthorized use of TCP option 28 (Martin Stiemerling)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the updated text
for TCP Option 28 in the IANA TCP Option Kind Numbers registry.
