The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved the creation of 
the ART Area.

  6.3 [IANA #824370] Designated Expert for RFC-ietf-httpbis-http2-17 
      (Amanda Baber/IANA; Barry Leiba)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Martin Thomson 
<martin.thomson@gmail.com> as the primary and Julian Reschke 
<julian.reschke@gmx.de> as the secondary designated experts for the 
HTTP/2 Settings and HTTP/2 Error Code registries.

  6.4 Approve IESG Statement on Internet-draft Authorship (Benoit 
      Claise and Brian Haberman)

The management issue was discussed. The statement will be sent for 
community review and the management item will return on the agenda 
of the next teleconference for approval (June 11, 2015).

  6.5 Add additional designated experts for Mobile IPv4 registries 
      (Brian Haberman)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved adding Charlie
Perkins <charles.perkins@earthlink.net> and Pete McCann 
<mccap@petoni.org> as additional designated experts for the Mobile IP
Numbers <http://www.iana.org/assignments/mobileip-numbers/> registry.

  6.6 Designated Experts for RDAP registries (WEIRDS) (Barry Leiba)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Andy Newton 
<andy@hxr.us> and Scott Hollenbeck <shollenbeck@verisign.com>
as designated experts for the RDAP Extensions and RDAP JSON Values
registries.
