The IESG decided since this working group is not new work, and is being 
split out from the MMUSIC WG, that external review is not required. The 
IESG approved the charter for the new working group pending edits to the 
charter to be prepared by Ben Campbell. The Secretariat will send a WG 
Action announcement.

6.4 [IANA #845336] request to release protocol number 13 (ARGUS) (Amanda Baber/IANA)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG agreed to deprecate the 
protocol number 13 (ARGUS) on the condition Michelle Cotton verifies 
with the ARGUS group the protocol number is no longer in use.

6.5 application/rfc+xml (RFC-iab-xml2rfcv2-02) (Amanda Baber/IANA)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved the registration 
of media type application/rfc+xml via RFC-iab-xml2rfcv2-02.
