Working Group/BOF Chair Information

  Please be sure to sign your own name to the roster. If your group is meeting several times throughout the week use the new roster that will be provided. Please turn in the roster to the IETF Registration Desk at the conclusion of each session. If you chair more than one group, use separate rosters for each group you chair. Turn them in to the IETF Registration Desk as each group concludes. Additional rosters are available at the IETF Registration Desk.

Important things to remember:

• As a courtesy to other working groups, please do not reconfigure the seating in your breakout rooms.

• Minutes should be sent to proceedings@ietf.org no later than two weeks following the meeting.

• An on-line version of your presentation should be sent to proceedings@ietf.org no later than two weeks following the meeting. Remember: hard copy presentations will not be accepted for the proceedings.
