[16NG] cancelled Stockholm meeting

Hi,

Daniel and I cancelled the 16ng meeting for Stockholm. There hasn't been much activity on the alias, 
and our remaining documents are well on the way out of the WGs hands and into the IESG soon.
IPv4 CS was revised recently towards that goal, and (after a while of us chairs sitting on it) ETH CS 
is just waiting on a new version that
uses the new required boilerplate text in order to be re-submitted to the IESG.
