Sure.  I believe the recent mailing list discussion will lead to a re- 
spin with some clarifications.
That version might be a good basis for such a review.

Is it at all possible to get a slot at 6man in Hiroshima to stir the  
pot?
(Unfortunately, that meeting is overlapping ROLL, which is dear to the  
hearts of 6lowpanners, but we will cope.)
