[6lowpan] IANA allocations for ICMP types

ROLLers, 6LoWPANners,

Are you groups both going to request new ICMP types for apparently 
similar functionalities (low-power PAN, low-power networks)?

6lowpan-nd draft says:
> 13. IANA Considerations
>    This document requires two new ICMPv6 message types:

>    o  Node Confirmation (TBD2)

RPL draft says:
> 9.1.  RPL Control Message 
>    The RPL Control Message is an ICMP information message type that is

Or maybe the similarity is not that much that I see?
