In that case, the same quiz question still stands, but one now divides 
the answer by 30 billion.

I would encourage all to answer my computational energy consumption cost 
quiz question, but also answer the related quiz question re 
communication energy cost. For simplicity, let us consider an 802.15.4 
device, with power consumption of 10 mW and 250kbps raw data rate, where 
the listening time is 200 us and a single packet/frame is 128 bytes.

Once you do this homework exercise, you will get an idea of how to 
answer your question below.
