I haven't read the draft, but the guidelines are subtle. If the MIB object has semantics of 'true or false', then TruthValue MUST be used (IMO). If the semantics are more specific (e.g., enabled/disabled) then it is not so clear. Perhaps a new enum value will be needed in the future. TruthValue SHOULD be used if the semantics really are boolean.
