[alto] Spliced audio for IETF 75 now available

Hello: Thanks to VeriLAN, the audio file for the Tue ALTO
session in Stockholm has been recovered in its entirety.

We have spliced the audio file to correspond to each agenda
item.  The spliced audio file/minutes/slides are now available
at: http://trac.tools.ietf.org/wg/alto/trac/wiki/Ietf75

Those of you who want to track the progress of the WG
from its first WG meeting can do so by visiting
http://trac.tools.ietf.org/wg/alto/trac/wiki.  The audio
files/minutes/slides for all the three ALTO working group
meetings are available at the above link.
