Folks: I am pleased to announce a public ALTO server that can be used
for interoperability testing at the following URL:

   http://alto.alcatel-lucent.com:8000/directory

The ALTO server contains the topology and cost maps from the ALTO
interoperability document [1].

Please report all feedback and issues to Wendy Roome
<w.roome@alcatel-lucent.com> and me.
