Stefaan de Cnodder, don't do any BW admission control, queue in switch, just do best effort
Francois le Faucher: question will you always send high priority before the best effort?
Stefaan: depends on the Marking

Toerless: There is a difference between allow and best effort
Stefaan de Cnodder: allowed if best effort, if there is enough BW, check if sub has subscription,
Francois : response to an for access control, based on bw, suspect that is not what Sven meant

I think the conclusion was that the notion of "admit as best effort" was not well defined and was interpreted differently by different people. Hence, I believe the plan was to have this notion discussed on the list first (in particular to get from Sven a description of how he understood it in his proposal).

Also please s/Le Faucher/Le Faucheur/ in a few places.
