I think we need to make it clear upfront that we are talking about
"resources for a set of multicast flow" and not "resources for a
multicast flow".
How about:
o after receiving ANCP messages from the NAS containing
admission control information for a set of multicast flows, the AN
should support using ANCP to notify the NAS when those resources
are no longer in use (e.g. the AN is no longer replicating any
multicast flows from that that set). This allows corresponding
bandwidth to be released on NAS."
