  No.

  This is 100% the point I'm trying to make.  Any system which is
*designed* to be open to such widespread abuse is broken.

  I had an argument like that with a U.S. libertarian.  He said "Spam
is free speech!"  I said "That's nice.  Spam is preventing *me* from
speaking.  What about *my* free speech?"

  His reponse?  "Oh."
