Agreed.
The failure is that this sender's right currently needs
to cut any recipient's right.
The current view of this thing is to keep the sender's
rights as strong as possible, and to not care, to not
give even a cent for the recipient's rights.
Don't get me wrong. I do not want to cut anyone's rights.
I want to strengthen the recipient's rights, who is after
all a citizen as well and also can demand protection.
