Sending anonymous mail is not a right or freedom of the sender.
That view is as common as wrong. Anonymous mail is a violation

You have the right to speak anonymously.  Or not anonymously. I also 
have the right to listen, or not, and choose any way I feel like how to 
decide not to listen.



Sending anonymous email is a right.  Choosing not to receive email is 
also a right.



Brad is simply recommending that any "IETF/standards/governmental 
recommended anti-spam" mechanism not rely on forcing people to be 
non-anonymous, and/or requiring "anti-spam" procedures to block 
anonymous email a-priori.



I think that's perfectly reasonable, and doesn't have anything 
whatsoever to do with the principle reason for _this_ group - spam.
