Personally, I like the idea of having it such that instead of the recipient 
getting the money (which could be prone for abuse), the money instead would 
go to a charity of their choice.  Who knows what might come from that -- 
perhaps a medical cure for some nasty disease.

Of course, if somebody got nixed on a sender pays scheme then they should 
be notified.  (I am assuming here that we are talking about a system where 
it is generally free but the recipient may charge if they deem the email to 
be spam.)
