Just wish to point out that the MAIL FROM does not need to be a reply
address.  It is usually the case though in non-server MTA clients (Outlook,
Eudora, etc).

It is typically not the same for MAILING LIST systems.  The MAIL FROM is the
list admin or error path.

But in all cases, it is presumed to be valid.
