  To what?  Read the discussion paper, and the various protocol
drafts, they discuss this topic.

  Read the discussion paper and the drafts.  They make it clear that
those questions are orthogonal to LMAP, and are thus local site
configuration issues.  i.e. They're irrelevant to LMAP.
