Some comments and niggles:

Section 2.1. "rDNS" is probably worth expanding to "in-addr.arpa reverse
DNS".

Section 2.3. probably worth replacing the comma with a colon to introduce
the list of methods of representing multiple sublists. Also shouldn't
DNSBLs be discouraged from using 127.0.0.1 as the target address of a
blacklist record? Typo: "welll". The last paragraph of the section, on the
topic of TTLs etc reads like it ought to be in a separate section.

Section 4. Paragraph 3 is repeated in a different form at the end of
paragraph 4. Also no full-stop before "Long-running".
