It's certainly very aggressive, and I agree that we need a whole lot
more experiments before trying to roll stuff out widely.

On the other hand, the IETF has lots of standards that never were used
much.  It would be a shame if people were to put a lot of work into
something that nobody uses, but it wouldn't be a disaster.
