[Asrg] Re: Subgroup on reputation and accreditation

You can count me in. Not to reignite debates that have led nowhere in the

accreditation and reputation services.
Accreditation- statements made by a third party, on behalf of a sender, of
facts that third party has in some way verified/validated about that sender.
Sounds pretty good to me.
[snip comments on Accreditation]
Reputation- statements made by a third party not necessarily related with
either a sender or receiver, about the likely disposition of a sender's
email, based on observed behaviors of that sender.
I think this one it overly specific, however. How about a statement of
Reputation about an Accreditation service?
I realize that neither of these are complete, but discussions in the past
(both in this group and others) seem to show a great deal of confusion about
these two topics, often due to terminology. In light of that, does these
seem to be useful definitions? If so can they be enhanced to be more useful
or descriptive?
They seem like a very good start.
