[Asrg] Anti-spam work, a writeup

Hi,

We've been using an anti-spam system here for more than a year now, and are
getting excellent results--it's a variant of the "one address per
correspondent" approach.  It's nice in that it doesn't require anyone else
to change their mail system or protocol, and because of this permits
experimenters like myself to gain real-world experience living with the
proposed design.  I have a writeup at:
