I got a feeling that you're so busy in laughing at Microsoft that you can't
even open your eyes for a second and have a serious and objective look at
the merits of Windows XP SP2. SP2 will not solve all problems, but it is a
massive improvement that will "mitigate" many problems. I NEVER claimed any
more than that, no more no less. No matter how you or anyone else feels
about Microsoft, SP2 is a huge leap forward for Windows XP security and the
health of the Internet. So much so that even Bruce Schneier is screaming at
Microsoft to give it away to software pirates.
