I don't think so.

Spammers' primary methodology is using hijacked (infected) PCs as spam
zombies. All you'd know is the id of the hijacked PC, which you
already trivially knew.

If spammers used their own resources we'd just block them and be done
with them.

By and large sender id et al, as far as spam goes, is about 99%
useless.

It may have some utility for other problems such as phishing but for
spam, fahgeddaboutit.
