It seems like there's an easier way to stop this than SPF and SenderID: simply implore ISPs to block port 25 on their customer's machines, unless the customer has a good reason to have it open.

Although SenderID may very well have other advantages that I'm not seeing - such as perhaps making the spammers afraid - people will be able to find them now (theoretically).
