[Asrg] MASS BOF at IETF 60

At IETF 60 in San Diego next week, there will be a BOF session entitled "Message Authentication Signature Standards" on Thursday morning from 9-11:30 am.

The intent of the BOF is to discuss the formation of an IETF working group around cryptographic signature-based approaches to address email spoofing.  These are approaches that are explicitly outside the scope of the MARID working group.  The preliminary agenda for the BOF can be found at http://www.ietf.org/ietf/04aug/mass.txt.

There is also an associated mailing list, ietf-mailsig at imc.org.  It is currently open for subscriptions (in the "usual" manner, or visit  http://www.imc.org/ietf-mailsig/index.html).  It will be open for posting soon.
