Can informed consent be based on "This is the policy here. If you
don't like it, quit."?
Can it be based on "This is the way this MSP works. If you don't like
it, use another MSP."?
Or do you believe that a customer (or employee) has the right to force
a business (or employer) to (continue to) operate in the way that the
customer (or employee) wants?
