Ahh. Well, you didn't _say_ that in your earlier message, and I didn't
recognize the computer.org domain, so I couldn't infer that part of the
issue.
In future, you simply configure your MUA to send via a computer.org MTA,
using an authentication protocol.
Otherwise, you are _demanding_ that any IP can claim to send mail FROM
any domain. This has been rehashed on the list many times.
If I own the domain _crlf.net_, shouldn't I be able to tell people, "You
know, there's only one MX here - if it came from somewhere else, it's a
forgery". If that's my local network setup, and that information causes
forgeries to be discarded, that's good - no?
If computer.org wants to say "from anywhere on the net, the mail could
be valid.", I have no problem with that.
You however seem to be arguing that people shouldn't be encouraged to
share that information.
