  Define "protect".  The ISP simply says they need to "prioritize" which
emails they accept, to avoid...

  - their mailspools overflowing and servers crashing
  - being forced to buy such huge DASD farms and powerful mailservers
    that they price themselves out of the market paying for them.

  Does that look like "protection"?
