It will have a wider impact than just within the Universiy because
recipient sites that do callback verification will reject forged email
"from" a protected Cambridge user.

We're concentrating on forgery protection for the bounce address at the
moment, so the resulting protocol will work in conjunction with systems
that protect the message data, not as an alternative to them.
