So what's preventing queernet.org from expanding, or helping 500
clones of its service to grow?  All it takes to be an MSP is a colo
box; they aren't that expensive.  Nobody prevents more from arising at
any time.  In fact, I'd claim there are probably _more_ than a free
market would support, because people create and run them out of their
beliefs.  I have no problem with that.

I need government licenses for TV and radio, and a hell of a lot of
money to start an effective newspaper.  I need a couple of thousand $
(or a lot less) to start a MSP.

There aren't hundreds of MSPs offering services ranging from "no
filtering" through "user-controlled filtering" through "very strong
filtering"?  Are we on the same Internet?
