understand better what you're basing your comments on.

At any rate, you're generalizing the original assertion to make your
point, the herald you were responding to said:

    CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS, Theft of Service Will be Pursued

which I don't think your sister selling her car would apply to.

But, more importantly, let's get the general concept promoted and then
bang out the fine points.

As they say, hard cases make bad law.

Understand, you have every right to provide whatever resources you
like, at no cost, to spammers. I have no problem or even opinion on
that (other than that it'd be F****G STUPID!)
