  I wonder too.  Inquiring minds want to know!  I assume the rest of 
the sentence was 'absolutely cannot tell much of anything about how 
well it works or doesn't'" or something to that effect.  But I wasn't 
aware that SPF was deployed *anywhere* yet (but that doesn't mean 
much).  And I'd be interested to know how spammers are circumventing it 
already.
