Re: [Asrg] ISP rules to be enforced by UK regulator

It would be nice if any of the respective govts would show some
sincere and effective efforts in identifying and punishing these
criminals before imposing regulations on their victims to curb their
behavior.

The history of spam has been largely focused on finding someone to pin
the problem on, almost always anyone but the spammer because that'd be
difficult.

But right now this strikes me like requiring more anti-shoplifting
devices when no one will arrest the shoplifters when caught; it's a
fantasy to think one will stop such scourges by preventative means
alone.
